Toader și Asociații is a deliberately small firm. Each lawyer carries fewer files than at a full-service firm, and each file gets more attention. Every mandate is led by a partner who stays on the file from intake to outcome. Careers
We welcome applications from experienced professionals, aspiring graduates as well as from students intending to become lawyers. Our team is small, and each new colleague changes the texture of the firm. We look for lawyers who want to spend their career on disputes, not as one practice among several, but as the focus of every working day.
The required competencies are sound legal knowledge, good communication and persuasion skills, analytical thinking, commercial focus, attention to detail, adaptability, team player skills and high motivation. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus. We offer a dynamic and inspirational working environment, along with a competitive package of salary.
No layers of senior associates between you and the partner running the file. You sit in on calls with clients, on hearings, on strategy discussions.
You will draft real submissions, attend real hearings, and contribute to real strategy. We do not warehouse junior lawyers on document review.
Through our partnership with Teynier Pic, our lawyers work on cross-border arbitrations alongside the Paris team. Junior lawyers in particular benefit from exposure to the standards of one of the leading Paris dispute resolution practices.
If you'd like to join our team, send your CV and a letter of intent to office@toaderlaw.ro.
